With a multifaceted role as a Spiritual Mentor, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and Breathwork Facilitator, he intertwines various disciplines to guide others in their quest for personal transformation.
Having honed his skills in high-performance coaching over a decade with the Arizona Diamondbacks and major universities, Michael seamlessly transitions from the realm of professional sports to the intricacies of guiding individuals from diverse backgrounds. His mission is clear: to empower others to become fearless and to cultivate a deep spiritual connection with their true nature.
Michael’s unique approach centers on the liberation of the mind, the regulation of the nervous system, and the actualization of one’s full potential. Through his teachings and practices, he strives to help individuals break free from limitations, paving the way for a journey of self-discovery, absolute empowerment, and true health & well-being.
Michael is a Certified With Heart Energy Coach, holds a 400-hour Breathwork Facilitator certification from Sacred Breath Academy, and completed a 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training with Hari Jap. He expresses profound gratitude to his spiritual teacher, Moojibaba, reminding him of our Infinity.
His spiritual name, which was given to him by 3HO International, is Ved Teja Singh. The meaning: The fearless Lion who projects a powerful and radiant aura through connecting to God’s divine wisdom, knowledge, and splendid glory. He is constantly reminded of God’s perfection as this path unfolds.
